School of Higher Education Limited (SHEL) is an approved Teaching Centre of AIB for the delivery of the Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) programmes.

SHEL began its operations in 1998 as a provider of premium quality tertiary education. Over the last decade, SHEL has become one of the leading private tertiary institutions in Trinidad and Tobago, offering programmes from accredited and internationally recognised awarding bodies.

SHEL’s students’ performance has been sustained at an above average level since its inception, testament to the fact that the institution’s delivery and support systems are of a high standard.

School of Higher Education Limited is registered with the Accreditation Council of Trinidad and Tobago (ACTT).

SHEL delivers AIB’s MBA and BBA at two locations: in San Fernando (South Trinidad) and Petit Bourg, San Juan (North Trinidad).

The school’s facilities (over four campuses) consist of a total of 25 classrooms, three computer laboratories, two sick bays, three student common rooms and administrative offices.

Students at SHEL have access to study areas anytime during normal opening hours. Also at students’ disposal are high speed internet, multimedia systems and a library stocked with books, journals, DVDs, slides and more.

SHEL provides its students with a range of support services, including counsellor support to ensure the student’s progress, supervision on assignments and projects by experienced academic advisors, etc. Shortly before commencing the course, students will be invited to join a Study Skills Seminar at SHEL.

As a student of AIB and SHEL, you will also be able to take advantage of the free access to an extensive online library (ProQuest) as well as complimentary course materials for MBA and BBA subjects.
