Established in 1992, SITAL College of Tertiary Education (SITAL) is a private tertiary provider registered with the Accreditation Council of Trinidad and Tobago (ACTT) and offering qualifications in general Business Management, Human Resource Management, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Marketing and Sales, Information Technology, Journalism, Travel, Tourism & Hospitality, Finance, Leadership, Entrepreneurship and Change Management, from Foundation to Bachelor’s and Master’s levels.
SITAL’s main campus comprises 3 buildings on the Eastern Main Road in Tacarigua with easy access to the Priority Bus Route. The college is just 10 minutes’ drive from the Piarco International Airport and 5 minutes’ drive from Trincity Mall, a major shopping and entertainment centre.
The BBA and MBA programmes, awarded by AIB, are delivered at this campus which houses the main administrative offices, 17 comfortable classrooms designed for workshop delivery, 2 well equipped IT labs, a comfortable and spacious library, cafeteria and student common areas with access to complimentary wireless internet throughout the premises. Additionally, students have access to secure parking.
10 members of SITAL’s administrative and academic team are dedicated to providing support to AIB’s BBA and MBA students. SITAL’s faculty members are available for consultation outside class hours. One-on-one support is also provided and open workshops are conducted to address specific challenges that students face.
Students have complimentary access to an extensive online library (EBSCOhost) and course material on CD. Textbooks for each subject can be purchased at the college.
