The mission of AIB is to provide access to quality, affordable and innovative work-applied business and management education both locally and internationally using the methods of action learning, action research and case research, thereby creating an environment for organisational and lifelong learning as well as supporting community and economic development.
AIB is committed to building upon its tradition of work-applied and work-based learning through collaborative research with business, industry and government using case research and action research and being responsive to the changing demands of the labour market.
AIB pursues its mission through its commitment to academic freedom, free intellectual inquiry, the systematic advancement of knowledge and its focus on academic integrity and rigour.
