Aaron joined AIB after eight years working in sessional teaching roles at Monash University. During his time at Monash Aaron fulfilled several teaching roles, including teaching in a range of subject areas ranging from strategic management to human resources and employment relations to labour economics.
Aaron is a passionate and caring educator that has developed a blended approach to teaching, balancing the lines between theory and practice. Outside academia, Aaron fulfilled a variety of roles in training and coaching, with several high profiles organisations and individuals.
