Biography

Vishal Rana has a PhD in Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour from Griffith University, Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.

Vishal has almost a decade of experience teaching in Australian and International higher education institutions. He has designed and taught various face-to-face and online business courses in postgraduate and undergraduate levels including Strategic Human Resource Management, Business Ethics and Corporate Governance, Managing People in the Global Economy, Organisational Behaviour, Performance and Compensation Management, Management Concepts, and Leadership.

Vishal’s interest of research include; Work Design, Emotions, Leader Member Exchange, Justice Climate, Artificial Intelligence and Ethics.
