AIB’s online Graduate Certificate in Management (GCM) is an Australian accredited postgraduate qualification recognized in Canada through the NCMA of the Canadian Institute of Management. The program is known for its practical focus and supporting strong graduate outcomes.
The GCM comprises two core subjects, Leadership and Strategic Management, alongside a choice of two additional subjects that allow students to develop strategic capability across functional areas of the organization, such as marketing, operations, finance, entrepreneurship and human resource management.
The Leadership subject develops practical leadership capability by requiring students to apply leadership concepts directly to their own workplace experiences, while Strategic Management hones critical thinking and decision-making whilst connecting the dots between functional departments of an organization.
