Andrea Wolf is the Managing Director and Head of Strategy & Innovation in Colliers Advisory Services. She brings over 25 years of Corporate Insurance, Risk Management and Commercial Real Estate experience in the private sector including the Financial Institutions, Professional Service Firms, Automotive Manufacturing, Telecommunications, Consumer Goods, Media and Technology industries. Andrea has managed more than 20 Million SF of commercial property and has acted as a Strategic Account Manager for several Fortune 500 companies. She is a teacher and often speaks at Conferences on Workplace Strategy, Organisational Behaviour and Change Management and the impact technological advances are having on the work force. She has worked on both the end user as service provider side and that affords her a unique perspective on the holistic application of real estate strategies. Her breadth and depth of knowledge provide her with a comprehensive understanding of both the practical and the strategic application of the principles affecting employees in today’s corporate office.
Andrea specialises in implementation of best practices when aligning corporate objectives and real estate objectives to ensure operational effectiveness. Her most recent work with private sector clients include locational studies, workplace audits, feasibility studies, workplace strategies, work process improvements and the development and implementation of change management strategies. Her public sector experience is primarily with accommodation planning and implementation strategy.
She is an advocate for value creation: linking business objectives, metrics and real estate objectives to enable high performing and engaged employees. Andrea has contributed to many published works including The Essentials of Corporate Real Estate, Workplace 2020 and Future Forward 2025. Andrea was recently recognised as one of the Top 10 Females in Commercial Real Estate in Toronto and has been voted Top Rated Faculty by her peers at CoreNet for the past 5 years.
