Online Learning Facilitators (HR/Management & Financial Management)

ABOUT THE ROLE

Currently we are looking for casual Online Learning Facilitators to provide outstanding teaching experiences for our students in the following subject areas:

  • HR/Management (specifically – strategic Human Resource Management, Organisational Learning and Design, Managing Change, Managing People in a Global Context and Strategic Management)
  • Financial Management and Corporate Governance

An Online Learning Facilitator (OLF) will deliver online classes under the guidance of the Subject Co-ordinator, Director of Academic Operations, or delegate. OLFs will deliver classes using AIB content and assessments. OLFs will provide assistance and support to students in all academic matters relating to the subject, deliver webinars in the subject, mark subject assessments, and provide feedback to students about marked assessment items. OLFs are required to remain up-to-date in their discipline area by participating in professional development. In addition, all Online Facilitators must adhere to AIB standards and protocols.

ABOUT YOU

To be considered you are required to meet the following selection criteria:

  • PhD level qualification in business or business-related discipline; or Masters level qualification in business disciplines PLUS significant relevant professional and/or management experience within the same discipline
  • Experience in teaching subjects in one or more of the above disciplines
  • Experience teaching within the Australian higher education sector; previous online teaching experience is preferred.
  • Teaching experience at the post-graduate level; previous MBA teaching experience is preferred Customer service focus and strong people skills
  • Demonstrated high standard of verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Must have the right to work in Australia

Course Advisors

ABOUT THE ROLE

We currently have multiple opportunities to join our team of Course Advisors.  We are on the lookout for Sales Experts with extensive outbound sales experience to guide prospective students from their initial enquiry through to enrolment.  

ABOUT YOU

  • Minimum 1 year experience in outbound sales within a contact centre. 
  • Goal Orientated – motivated by company, personal, and financial goals.  
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.  
  • Experience managing a prospect database and utilising tools such as Salesforce. 
  • Cultural fit – ability to engage with our target market of working professionals.

Academic Integrity Support Officer

ABOUT THE ROLE

Opportunity to utilise your exceptional admin and data support skills & build a rewarding career with Adelaide based leading education provider.

  • Work will be spread in line with assignment submission dates; therefore, workload will differ significantly throughout the terms.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This position is accountable for but not limited to the following responsibilities:

  • Support the Academic team with student academic integrity breaches,
  • Conduct thorough investigations into student assessments in instances of suspected academic integrity breaches, including complex cases such as potential plagiarism, contract cheating, and misuse of Generative Artificial Intelligence technologies (e.g., ChatGPT),
  • Provide detailed findings and recommendations through the Academic Integrity Form for action by Subject Coordinator, Academic Integrity Officer and/or Associate Dean Teaching and Learning,
  • Monitor, evaluate, analyse, and present relevant data to academic staff,
  • Respond to queries from various stakeholders within the specified timeframe/schedule.
  • Compliance with AIB policies and procedures plus quality standards such as those set out by TEQSA and the AQF; and
  • Undertaking such other tasks as may be required by the Academic Integrity Coordinator

ABOUT YOU

  • Minimum 2 years in an admin role
  • Higher Education Experience preferred
  • Technological aptitude with an openness to learn about Generative Artificial Intelligence (e.g., ChatGPT)
  • High proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Good attention to detail
  • Commitment to a high standard of professional and academic integrity
  • Ability to multi-task and meet set deadlines
