John is a telecommunication & technology leader with over 19 years’ experience delivering continuous improvement programs encompassing people, processes and systems. Focusing on transformation & transition, he works with staff and operational managers at all levels, including local, national & international teams, to deliver organisational goals and customer-focused outcomes.
Working with Telstra in numerous roles for over two decades and now as ICT Portfolio Manager with the Department of Education, John adopts an agile philosophy focused on creating and inspiring teams that produce successful results.
