Would you attribute any of your career success to having done the MBA?

Certainly, I definitely think that doing an MBA has helped me become successful in my career in terms of reaching a management role sooner rather than later, especially for someone that’s my age, at 24 years old.

Looking back at your journey, what were the best parts and greatest challenges, and how did you overcome those challenges?

The best part of my MBA degree was the support that I had received from the student advisors or the lecturers and the professors that helped me through along the way. The most challenging part was certainly juggling a fulltime role throughout the entire MBA journey and having to time management and make sure I have a lifestyle balance at the same time.

You have recently moved from public sector back to private, how do you feel the MBA contributed to this industry change?

The reason why I moved from the public sector to a private sector was that my MBA specialisation is marketing management so the idea was always to go back to an agency doing marketing activities and gain experience in that industry.
