Graduating From AIB

Graduation: it’s the pinnacle of your postgraduate study journey, and the point at which you can reflect on how far you’ve come with your loved ones and alongside your peers. You’ll have the opportunity to don the cap and gown and cross the stage to collect your official documentation and wave to the crowd. AIB graduation events are currently hosted twice per year in Adelaide, South Australia.

You must register if you would like to attend graduation. We do not automatically reserve a place at graduation as some students do not wish to attend or they elect to attend a later ceremony. Depending on the timing and how close we are to graduation, your completion email may direct you to the graduation website to register straight away. If the registration portal is not yet open, the link to register will be sent to you later on.

Important information:

  • Places at each graduation ceremony are limited, so please purchase your tickets early to avoid disappointment.
  • Please see the Awards and Graduation Policy and Procedure on the AIB website for more detailed information.

Everything you need to know about graduation including how to register will be outlined on the graduation website. As it takes time to finalise the plans for this momentous occasion, our graduation website is not always available. Depending on the timing of your final subject completion and how close we are to graduation, your completion email, which officially confirms that you’ve met the course criteria and are eligible to graduate, may include a link to the graduation website so that you can register straight away.

If the website is not yet available, we will send you a separate email once the site becomes live and ready to take graduation bookings. Please keep an eye out for this important email.
