Dr Reshman Tabassum

Reshman is a Workforce Research and Workforce Strategy Leader and Lecturer in Leadership at the Australian Institute of Business. Operating at the intersection of data analytics, psychological safety, and technological innovation, she specialises in translating complex human behaviour and AI integration into high-performance organisational strategies.

Over a decade of cross-sector practice, Reshman has directed and executed over 45 large-scale workforce research and consulting initiatives commanding project portfolios ranging from $17.2M to $52.1M for government agencies, higher education institutions, and private enterprises.

Reshman’s global research footprint spans top-tier journal publications and international keynote presentations, equipping AIB leaders with actionable and evidence-based frameworks to represent the frontier of modern workforce science and drive sustainable organisational impacts.

Reshman holds a PhD in Organisational Psychology from Deakin University. Beyond higher education, she actively shapes healthcare and public policy as a Consumer/Carer representative on the Consumer Research Advisory Group at The Royal Melbourne Hospital (RMH). Her broad commitment to systemic impact is further reflected in her affiliations with The Smith Family, Mental Health Foundation Australia, and Professional Migrant Women.
