As a Senior Director of Learning and Development at SDImktg, Inti leads a team of professionals who design and deliver innovative and impactful learning solutions that drive business results and enhance employee engagement. With over 25 years of experience in various fields, including human resources, diversity, equity and inclusion, change management and organisational leadership, he has developed strong expertise in creating and implementing effective learning strategies that align with organisational goals and values.

Inti holds an MBA from AIB as well as multiple certificates and credentials in coaching, inclusive leadership, and teaching and training adults. He is honoured to be a 2023 LearningElite Judge for Chief Learning Officer, recognising excellence in learning and development. As a proud member of the AIB Alumni Industry Panel for Leadership and HRM, Inti collaborates with other experts and practitioners to provide insights and feedback on the latest trends and developments in the business world.

Inti is passionate about sharing his knowledge and experience with others and is always eager to learn new skills and perspectives. He can assist AIB community members interested in learning and development and change management opportunities. He has extensive experience working globally, including across Canada, the US, the UK, Denmark, Australia and South Africa.
