Jane Healy

Jane has been a law enforcement professional for over 26 years, working in a variety of fields and locations throughout Queensland. Her prosecutions, education and training, and crisis negotiator experience have provided a solid platform for a strong career in Disaster Management and policing operations. She is passionate about building progressive teams, specialising in leadership through crisis and career development. Jane has extensive experience as a selection panel chair with a strong professional reputation in the field of job applications, interviewing and public speaking.

Whilst completing her MBA with AIB, she developed a clear passion for leadership and career development. As a result, Jane is now undertaking a Doctor in Business Leadership, researching leadership styles, behaviours and attributes in law enforcement and crisis management and the enduring effect on the leader’s mental health and well-being. Jane is an active member of the AIB Leadership and Human Resource Management Alumni Industry Panel.

Jane can assist with negotiation, conflict management and crisis management, including how to have difficult conversations with staff, clients and stakeholders, and dealing with crisis operations. She can also help with public speaking and interviewing skills and development.
