Joe is a senior manager specialising in sales enablement for the US Construction West Region at Wesco International, a Fortune 200 company. He oversees the implementation of strategic objectives to ensure the achievement of the annual sales, margin and profit plans by supporting the front-line sales representatives and their managers.
For over 20 years, Joe has led sales teams at large organisations including Wesco, Grainger Canada (Acklands-Grainger) and PrimeSource. A humble leader, Joe believes in achieving results through coaching and mentoring his teams, based on a foundation of trust. He is an ally and champion of inclusion and diversity, and he volunteers his time with SCE Lifeworks, a not-for-profit organisation that supports people with intellectual disabilities to work and participate in the community.
Joe holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Australian Institute of Business and is a Certified Sales Leader (CSL) through the Canadian Professional Sales Association. He has also taken “train the trainer” level training courses in Achieve Global PSS (Professional Selling Skills) and Aslan OCS (Other Centered Selling).
