Juliette is a highly qualified HR practitioner with experience in a variety of industries and sectors, including Not-For-Profit, Government, Crown Entities and Commercial Organisations. Working primarily in large and complex organisations throughout her career, Juliette’s recent roles have been in the delivery of Operational HR, and she currently runs the Tier One and Two centralised HR Service Centre for an organisation of 4500 people.

With a focus on lifelong learning, Juliette has earned a number of qualifications to support her career to date. She has an undergraduate degree in Business Management, majoring in Human Resource Management, and is currently completing her second MBA with AIB. Juliette is also a qualified mediator, having completed a Grad Dip in Dispute Resolution, and holds qualifications in Adult Education, Teaching and Quality Assurance.

Juliette enjoys mentoring and supporting the development of HR professionals early in their careers. She’s passionate about developing customer-centric HR processes, streamlining administrative functions and mastering the tactical application of HR Practice.
