Micah Walker

Specialising in growth leadership as an entrepreneur and intrapreneur, Micah is a founder, CEO and executive performance coach who has worked in 25 countries across retail, hospitality and technology sectors.

His Executive roles have seen him scale multiple Australian companies, including most recently as CEO of a global identity technology company. Micah is a dynamic and compassionate growth leader with extensive experience in scaling up functions within organisations on a mission for growth, including strategic planning, revenue building, brand marketing and technology. 

Micah is a CEO, founder and co-founder of several companies, an executive coach and a trusted advisor to World Humanitarian Forum programs and government international trade offices. He is an advisor to several Web3 technology companies and is living the shift toward technology as a core capability empowering growth and Web3 relevance for progressive organisations. 

While known for leading strategic growth, Frontline operational execution was the foundation of his career. Executive growth roles in franchising, technology and retail organisations in private and public sectors developed Micah’s deep industry knowledge, which Micah leveraged when he completed his MBA with AIB, graduating in 2018.  

Before becoming a transformational Chief Executive, Micah travelled the world as a learning and development leader, developing his own entrepreneurial capability, influencing market CEOs, launching new businesses and facilitating capability workshops in Europe, the Middle East and Asia. Recently, Micah has been a sought-after speaker at government and industry forums, from sovereign cyber security to digital transformation and smart cities.   

Micah’s ability to build trust and confidence in vision and execute on strategy is a core capability he brings to his new endeavour, Eagle Origins, a Venture Growth Studio which supports entrepreneurs with their organisational growth mission.
