Mickey is an accomplished business leader with over a dozen years in corporate management roles working for global and national leading organisations in third-party engineering, inspection and testing services.
Throughout his career, Mickey has been at the forefront of major projects, successfully managing key accounts for tier 1 clients such as Shell, Exxon Mobil, Santos, Acciona, Alstom, and more. His leadership was instrumental in major projects, including the Sydney Light Rail, WestConnex, Western Sydney Stadium. Notably, Mickey played pivotal roles in the global aircraft inspection program, collaborating with national and international 5-star airlines and Pratt & Whitney from 2015 to 2018, and global pioneering construction projects, Shell Prelude FLNG (2012-2015) and Exxon Mobil PNG LNG (2011-2014).
Mickey’s prowess extends beyond project management, encompassing national business management, international key account management, commercial strategy, and operations management. With an impressive portfolio that spans a wide range of sectors, including energy, infrastructure, and engineering, Mickey continues to lead with distinction in the consulting and project services arena as Managing Director of MSC Consulting and Project Services.
Mickey can assist with effective resolution of perceived and undiagnosed problems and barriers in organisations that prevent the optimal delivery of projects and services to end clients. He can provide technical expertise, third-party perspective and effective communication between stakeholders, i.e. PPP parties and subcontractors, statutory authorities and asset owners – primarily in niche operating environments.
