Nadya is an Organisational Development (OD) Specialist at HenderCare, an Australian Social Service Provider with head office in Adelaide. Nadya’s responsibilities in this role include developing and facilitating organisational development initiatives to increase leadership and workforce capabilities to ensure the long-term sustainability and competitiveness of the business.

Prior to her career change into OD, Nadya held roles in Operations and Service Management in the Australian Social Service Sector. During her MBA journey, Nadya developed a keen interest in Organisational Learning & Development, and Change Management, and decided to make a career change into Organisational Learning and Development.

Before moving to Australia, Nadya worked as a Department Manager at H&M in Vienna, and Senior Manager in the division of Interior Design and Communications at IKEA in Innsbruck. She was also a member of the project team for the establishment of new IKEA stores across Germany.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Nadya holds a Master of Business Administration, a Bachelor of Psychological Science, a Diploma in Visual Merchandising, and most recently completed a certificate as OD Practitioner. Nadya is a member of the AIB Alumni Industry Panel for Leadership and HR Management, as well as guest speaker for MBA students in the discipline of Organisational Learning & Development.
