Nadya is an Organisational Development (OD) Specialist at the City of Norwood, Payneham & St Peters. Nadya’s goal in this role is to support the development and refinement of leadership and workforce capabilities, and a value driven, healthy and resilient culture that will foster a future ready organisation committed to community well-being.

Prior to her career change into OD, Nadya held roles in Operations and Service Management in the Australian Social Service Sector. During her MBA journey, Nadya developed a keen interest in Organisational Learning & Development and Change Management. With a goal in mind to make a career change into OD, Nadya strategically chose her MBA elective subjects in line with her career goal and leveraged her MBA and previous qualifications in Psychology to establish herself as an OD Specialist.

Before moving to Australia, Nadya worked as a Department Manager at H&M in Vienna, and Senior Manager in the division of Interior Design & Communications at IKEA in Austria.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Nadya holds a Master of Business Administration, a Bachelor of Psychological Science, a certificate as OD Practitioner, and a Diploma in Visual Merchandising. Nadya is a member of the AIB Alumni Industry Panel for Leadership and HR Management, as well as guest speaker for MBA students in the discipline of Organisational Learning & Development.
