Navid’s achievements include:

• Analysed, and designed a preventative vendor duplicate program, which yielded significant savings in time and over $62M in cash reserves.
• Developed and implemented a revised accounts receivables program, which produced over $17M in recoveries from Vendors.
• Negotiated a complex supplier dispute resulting in a recovery of $3M in overcharges.
• Implemented a cost management project that converted 95% of vendors from cheque payments to direct deposit, that produced savings on finance and labour costs.
• Developed and implemented a new vendor master records management system that successfully reduced turn-around time from one week to only two days.
