Phil is a retired management executive with over 35 years of achievement in leveraging technology to drive growth, performance, profitability, and expand intellectual property capital. With diverse experience in high-growth, start-up and turnaround environments, he has extensive knowledge of production systems and IT implementation. Sales-driven at heart with a technical Engineering background, Phil champions innovation with a focus on developing flexible, scalable solutions for consumer and organisational problems.

After spending 18 years in insurance and superannuation, Phil began the next stage of his career as a consultant with AMP, progressing to agency management and becoming a divisional manager with Zurich Life Insurance, followed by State Manager for Legal & General. He then operated his own IT business for five years before moving to Perth to continue his career in the IT space. Upon joining the Grace Group, Phil was appointed State Manager for Western Australia records management division, followed by State Manager for QLD, and finally served as General Manager for the group.

Phil is now retired from professional roles but continues to provide mentoring and consulting services, and he invests his time in community support initiatives, advocating for migrants and refugees.
