Research Profile

Dr Kaushik Sridhar is a Lecturer at the Australian Institute of Business with extensive academic and industry experience in corporate governance, sustainability, and ESG. He holds a PhD in Sustainability in Management and has taught MBA and postgraduate courses across Australia and internationally. Alongside academia, Kaushik is Founder and CEO of Orka Advisory, advising boards and executives on governance, climate risk, and ESG strategy. His work bridges theory and practice, with a strong focus on ethical leadership, regulatory readiness, and sustainable value creation.
