Online Learning Facilitators (HR/Management & Financial Management)

About the role

Currently we are looking for casual Online Learning Facilitators to provide outstanding teaching experiences for our students in the following subject areas:

  • HR/Management (specifically – strategic Human Resource Management, Organisational Learning and Design, Managing Change, Managing People in a Global Context and Strategic Management)
  • Financial Management and Corporate Governance

An Online Learning Facilitator (OLF) will deliver online classes under the guidance of the Subject Co-ordinator, Director of Academic Operations, or delegate. OLFs will deliver classes using AIB content and assessments. OLFs will provide assistance and support to students in all academic matters relating to the subject, deliver webinars in the subject, mark subject assessments, and provide feedback to students about marked assessment items. OLFs are required to remain up-to-date in their discipline area by participating in professional development. In addition, all Online Facilitators must adhere to AIB standards and protocols.

About you

To be considered you are required to meet the following selection criteria:

  • PhD level qualification in business or business-related discipline; or Masters level qualification in business disciplines PLUS significant relevant professional and/or management experience within the same discipline
  • Experience in teaching subjects in one or more of the above disciplines
  • Experience teaching within the Australian higher education sector; previous online teaching experience is preferred.
  • Teaching experience at the post-graduate level; previous MBA teaching experience is preferred Customer service focus and strong people skills
  • Demonstrated high standard of verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Must have the right to work in Australia

Multimedia and Learning Material Producer (Part-Time)

About the Role

Reporting to the Senior Educational Technologist, this role is responsible for producing high-quality multimedia learning materials including videos, graphics, animations and podcasts and maintaining AIB’s learning websites.

As a key member of a small, dynamic team, you’ll collaborate with Educational Designers, Academic staff and IT support to design, develop and enhance engaging digital learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain subject sites within our Learning Management System.
  • Produce multimedia and graphical content for AIB projects.
  • Record and edit video and audio, including scripting, storyboarding, filming, editing and final production.
  • Maintain and enhance existing subjects using multimedia, web and technical best practices.
  • Manage production schedules, budgets and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time.
  • Liaise effectively with academics, internal stakeholders and production “talent” to ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Source and recommend equipment, software and online storage solutions.
  • Support and upskill team members in multimedia best practices.

About You

  • A degree or diploma in digital design, multimedia or equivalent
  • You’re a creative all-rounder who thrives on variety. You have a strong eye for design, a flair for storytelling and the technical skills to bring digital learning experiences to life.

You’ll also have:

  • Demonstrated experience producing multimedia, video, graphics and animations, ideally within a higher education environment.
  • Confidence using the Adobe Creative Suite and related software.
  • Experience creating and managing media content for Learning Management Systems.
  • Working knowledge of HTML (H5P and CSS an advantage) and rapid e-learning tools.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Content Marketing Manager (12-month Maternity Leave Cover)

About the Role

The Content Marketing Manager will lead AIB’s organic content strategy driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversion through storytelling and data-led decision-making. This role oversees AIB’s organic social media presence, manages a small content team, and ensures all organic content is aligned with the organisation’s brand, values, campaigns and strategic objectives.

Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, you’ll blend creativity with strategy, producing compelling content that strengthens AIB’s market position and supports our business growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Content Strategy Development: Design and execute content strategies to build brand positioning, generate leads, and support engagement and retention.
  • Organic Social Media Management: Oversee planning and delivery of organic social content to drive engagement and reach.
  • Content Calendar & Planning: Build and manage a calendar that aligns with campaigns, seasonal opportunities, and brand storytelling.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a content team, fostering creativity, accountability, and growth.
  • Brand Storytelling: Ensure all content reflects AIB’s brand voice, values, and guidelines.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams (Digital, Creative & Campaign, CRM, Events) to deliver integrated content campaigns.
  • Performance & Optimisation: Analyse and report on content and social performance, applying insights to improve outcomes.
  • Content Governance: Maintain guidelines to ensure consistency, compliance, and quality.

Experience

  • At least 7 years in content marketing, social media, or editorial roles.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience leading and mentoring content teams.
  • Proven experience producing and managing multi-channel content (web, blog, social, email, multimedia).
  • Experience in B2B, education, or service industries (highly desirable).

Knowledge

  • Deep understanding of content marketing principles, storytelling, and audience engagement.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of organic social media trends and platforms.
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, analytics, and content distribution.
  • Strong grasp of brand voice and positioning.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms, social scheduling tools, analytics dashboards, and marketing automation.

Qualifications

A degree in Marketing or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
