How do I register?

You must register within your allocated ticketing window to attend the March 2026 graduation ceremony – this is based on the term you completed your award. With tickets in high demand, we recommend you purchase your tickets early to avoid disappointment.

TERM 1 2023 – TERM 5 2025

Scene to Believe is AIB’s official graduation partner and they will be coordinating ticketing for graduation day. You’ll receive an email from them with a link to the graduation portal. In such cases, you will be entitled to a full refund of any tickets purchased. Refunds can be requested directly through the ticketing portal. Additionally, AIB staff will review the eligibility of all Term 6 ticket purchases. If a student is found to be ineligible, a refund will be processed automatically, and an AIB staff member will contact the student to confirm this.

Receiving your parchment on stage

Your parchment and transcript have already or will be mailed to you in the months following the completion of your degree. Due to this, official documentation will not be presented to you on the day of graduation.

Upon walking across the graduation stage, you will be presented with a generic parchment scroll for the purpose of your stage photo. This scroll will not be personalised individually with your name but is yours to keep as a momento of the day.

However, if you are pre-purchasing a Frame and/or plan to purchase a frame on the day, please be sure to bring your official testamur/certificate with you. Scene to Believe will have their professional team on site to take care of all your framing needs.

Graduands name on parchment

Your full legal name, as recorded in the AIB student management system, will appear on the parchment and official academic transcript and this is what will be read out on the day. If you wish to change your name from what is recorded in the student management system, you will be required to provide a certified true copy of legal documentation by the cut-off date, as noted in your course completion email.
