Graduate Certificate

(GCM)

AIB’s online Graduate Certificate in Management (GCM) is an Australian accredited postgraduate qualification recognized in Canada through the NCMA of the Canadian Institute of Management. The program is known for its practical focus and supporting strong graduate outcomes.

The GCM comprises two core subjects, Leadership and Strategic Management, alongside a choice of two additional subjects that allow students to develop strategic capability across functional areas of the organization, such as marketing, operations, finance, entrepreneurship and human resource management.

“My GCM has given me the skills and expertise to step outside a problem and consider every factor to find the best solution. Using my workplace in my GCM assessments has made it not only easier to absorb the course materials, but helped me work through real-word problems. Basing my assessments on current issues in my workplace, and having the diverse expertise and knowledge of the AIB staff to turn to for advice, almost felt like using a cheat code at work.
